December 23 is upon us. Recently, friends in New Hampshire have been informing me of mounting snowfalls in New England. The weather is turning colder in Taiwan. What can you do about it?
Party, of course!
The usual gang of suspects gathered once again, at our favorite hangout - Shao-hui’s.
Grill and Guitars!
It all started with A-nune came down from Taipei. He and 2 other member of the Fong band were there. We had been drinking the night before and the bottle of Sang Som shown here is left over from last night. The battery-powered Roland Micro Cube amplifier is on the table. Later we brought out the old Crate amplifer.
That’s Shao-hui’s husband on the right.
He put some kind of Thai pork sausage on the grill. These are very good.
A few minutes later Hui-chen arrived with more goodies to put on the grill.
A few other friends dropped by.
Before you know it, the food was cooked and so were we! There are no more photos because I was too busy drinking and playing guitar!
