Hui-chen and I were in Kaohsiung very recently, where we learned that the new KRT is open now.  The entire Red Line is operational, and the best part is – this month it’s totally free!

mike01905 » you could land at Kaohsiung, take the KRT to the THSR and then travel up to see us.

    It is all true.
What is more, all the stations have lots of friendly staff falling over themselves to help patrons use it.
And they are using it. The trains have been very full on the three occassions I have tried it.

Stephen’s last blog post..I’ll have my power outlet here
