This morning I was awakened by the sound of a jet flying very low past our home. The sound set off car alarms and rattled our windows, and in my semi-sleep state, I braced for a bomb – which never fell, fortunately!

After hearing at least 2 jets pass by several times, I ran up to the roof with my camera and I saw this:

    Hi MJ,
    I had a taste of it too this morning. Although it wasn’t that loud but it ensued in a resentful walk up to my window after waking up which soon turned into a pleasant experience. The sky was beautiful,watery blue and for once I could catch my 7 am train to Yangmei :D

    Good photos, but you need to clean the sensor on your camera. There’s a big dust spot in the upper right of the photo, which would be lower left on the sensor.

    cfimages » lens, not sensor. remember i was shooting grilled food. it’s grease spatter and i didn’t notice it until too late!
