This is a Thai police officer who attended a cookout at the Tamarind Residences. In fact, he’s been to several of them and he always does the same dance!

      He looks like he’s quite the character. You mentioned he’s a police officer. So is my sister and I’ve always thought cops know how to have the most fun when they party.
