A number of readers have asked me about my tea tray and the teapots that I use. Fortunately there is a new blog on the roll, featuring tools of the tea making trade. My good friend Colby and I are working together in this venture to enable people to obtain their own teamaking equipment. Colby’s blog features only the highest quality items, and nothing meant for tourists! Colby and I are proud to bring only the best products for serious oolong tea brewers from the place where oolong tea was invented: Taiwan.
