They seem hell-bent on completing these 2 buildings as quickly as possible. I have already publicly stated that I am not too happy about this situation. When I moved here I had no idea that they were going to build 2 more buildings right in front of my window.

Btw, I in your podcast (yes, I did listen to it) you made reference to the word “tai” (traditional form ?) which I thought means “platform” hence the use of this word in ??, and also “yuan” ? used in conjunction with tai in the word for the train platform.
I am in Kaohsiang and Tainan quite a bit on business, so maybe you will see me enjoying south Taiwan’s excellent oysters!
