It seems like it was yesterday when we were talking about the 5th anniversary of TheNHBushman.com, but now it’s been six years since we started!

I thought I would talk about how I’m doing with my exercise routine, since I got the new machine a few weeks ago.

This is my home gym/music room.  Having the Yamaha PA system directly across from the exercise machine makes it nice when listening to music while working out.

Recently, I was in the Philippines on business.  I spent a few days in Manila and then I went up north to the Cagayan Valley.  First I’ll show you what it was like in Manila.

Greg (on the left) was our driver, and Sonny was my guide in the Philippines.  Greg is a former Manila taxi driver and he knows the city like his own backyard.

One of the great things about living in Taiwan is all the great deals you can get on locally made items, like this Johnson Home Gym.

I have been looking for something like this for quite some time, and then stumbled across it at an exercise equipment store in Hsinchu.  The price included delivery and setup.
