Another Cooking Experiment

Many of you remember my last cooking experiment – the one I did while in the US on our recent trip. Upon our return to Taiwan, I decided to give it a go again and see what would happen with a few refinements.
Lump charcoal starting up – a good sign of things to come….
I used the kettle grill to cook with the 12″ Dutch oven:
This is another version of my Peanut Butter Chicken.
A closeup of the experiment about 1/2 through.
Finished cooking, the PB got quite brown in the process. While the flavor was quite good, it’s still not quite right.
Now I know how I should approach this new dish after 2 experiments. I’m not going to give it away now but I’ll show you how it ends up the next time.

AWE-some! Chicken and peanut butter! Two of my favorites and I never thought of putting them together. I can’t wait to try this one out. We’re always so busy at Shao-hui’s when we come to visit, that I’ve never actually really tried out any of my favorite recipes of yours. If you’re going to be coming at any upcoming events, please let me know so I can trade-off with some of my homemade brownies!

I think that the PB is like a sweet sauce that you put on BBQ. Try putting the PB on about 1/2 thru?
